Refund policy
Product returns
Time limit:
You can return products within 14 days of the delivery date.
If more than 14 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Conditions:
Returned products must be in the same condition as when you received them, unused and in their original packaging.
In the case of products where hygiene is important, they must be thoroughly cleaned before starting the return process.
Exceptions:
For hygiene reasons, some products cannot be returned, such as underwear, bedding, tights, and some personal hygiene products.
Starting the return process:
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: info@kaylaanddaughters.com
Please include your order number, the reason for the return, a photograph of the product (if damaged), and your contact details.
Refund
Procedure:
Once we have received and checked your returned product, we will send you an email confirming or rejecting the refund.
If the refund is approved, it will be automatically processed within 30 days to your credit card or original form of payment.
Delayed or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account.

Expenses
Return shipping costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using Track & Trace for your return, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returned products must be shipped to China. Shipping costs start at 21699 CLP and are paid by the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect products:
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send you a replacement product at no cost.
If the error is repeated in the second delivery, you will receive a full refund.
Order cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated system.
